Their service is far above par from my experiences. I am personally located in the United States and there has been many nights that correspondence is received well after their working hours, to make sure I have the information I need. They have handled all types of shipments for us, from LCL sea freight to large volume, time critical air shipments. With each shipment there is a consistent level of service and professionalism. They have gone out of the way on multiple occasions to quote and provide multiple options, in order to give us a clear picture of costs and timing. I have the utmost confidence that when communicating with Jason or anyone of his team members, I am receiving an honest answer and that my company’s interests are considered. As the world faces the COVID-19 pandemic and the supply chain chaos that has ensued, PFS help manage and provide valuable recommendations to navigate a challenging 1.5 years of unpredictable demand, Brexit, and multiple changes brought on by the evolving logistics environment. I don’t have an exact figure, but I know they have saved us tens-of-thousands of £’s in shipping costs over the past couple years. They have also been politely generous on payment terms and timing as we have faced the complexity of the COVID-19 market. This is just another example of going far beyond what is expected.

As a company we have being using Professional Freight Solutions since we started. Previously and with my other company’s we have used PFS since they started trading approximately 12 years ago.
